That is typical German phrase which doesn’t always come true – especially as a freelancer. That’s what I thought until the end of March 2024, when I received a project enquiry from my trusted provider, a research-based agricultural company in southern Lower Saxony.

It was immediately clear to me: this could only be KWS* and I was immediately hooked!

Why?
I had already worked for KWS on an interim basis in 2018 and I got to know KWS as a super interesting, international and diverse company. Even back then, it was an interim assignment to my liking: exciting HR challenges in an appreciative and international environment.

I wanted to work for KWS again!

Today marks the end of my first week and I would like to thank all my colleagues at KWS for their warm welcome
