What an exciting and enriching year 2024 was:

✅2nd assignment for the KWS Group successfully completed

✅Change management knowledge refreshed and deepened Kraus & Partner – Transformation Experts

✅ Participated in the virtual business lunch of Spitzenfrauen BW and here

✅heard an enlightening and inspiring presentation by HUNTING/HER HR-Partners ® on the myth ‘No suitable women for management positions’ (and disproved the myth 💡)

🎓attended the virtual basic project management course at PROJEKTFORUM

🎓Attended WSH Hoeven’s end-of-year seminar

✅Took on a teaching assignment for University of Applied Sciences, Kiel

These experiences and adventures have opened up many new, interesting opportunities and tasks for 2025:
