As always, an event of the highest standard – both in terms of content and the quality of the presentations. I particularly appreciate the opportunity it offers to maintain existing contacts and forge new ones.
📍 „Clever prompts for women“ at KITZ, Kiel
For me, this was one of the highlights of the second quarter. Inspiring speakers, a great atmosphere and an ideal group size for experimenting together, asking questions and learning from one another.
This exchange has already given rise to a new idea: together with Sabine Kubisch and Friedericke Kuhn, we are planning two events for 2027 as part of the BPW Club Kiel e.V. programme, which will build on one another and focus on the practical application of AI. I’m really looking forward to it!
📍 DiWoKi – my first digital week Kiel
A real highlight. Not only because of the fascinating content, but also because the various venues across the city offered the chance to get to know Kiel from a fresh perspective. The in-depth discussions with the speakers and participants were particularly valuable.
A big thank you to Sonja Wolff, Sven Brencher, Jana Haverbier and Christiane Ladwig for these inspiring encounters.

📍 Personalpodium Flensburg
An interesting event that provided plenty of food for thought – in particular, Dr Ann-Kathrin Barfuß’s talk on the changing world of work left a lasting impression on me.
In addition to all these events, two exciting new projects have also emerged:
✅ Logistic company
• International focus
• Process optimisation and implementation of a new ERP system
• Advising and supporting senior management on all HR-related matters
• with a magnificent view of the River Elbe
✅Research Institute in Hamburg
• Strategic project support and process optimisation
• Supporting senior managers through transformation and change processes
• Working at the cutting edge – right in the heart of Hamburg
That’s why, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it to DisruptHR Hamburg – but I’ll definitely be there again in the autumn.
Now I’m looking forward to the exciting challenges in my projects, more encounters with inspiring people, and the odd dip in the Baltic Sea now and then. 🌊
