An impressive event with a clear focus on the topics that will shape our future: artificial intelligence and quantum computing.<\/p>\n

As always, an event of the highest standard \u2013 both in terms of content and the quality of the presentations. I particularly appreciate the opportunity it offers to maintain existing contacts and forge new ones.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udccd \u201eClever prompts for women\u201c at KITZ, Kiel<\/p>\n

For me, this was one of the highlights of the second quarter. Inspiring speakers, a great atmosphere and an ideal group size for experimenting together, asking questions and learning from one another.<\/p>\n

This exchange has already given rise to a new idea: together with Sabine Kubisch<\/a> and Friedericke Kuhn<\/a>, we are planning two events for 2027 as part of the BPW Club Kiel e.V<\/a>. programme, which will build on one another and focus on the practical application of AI. I\u2019m really looking forward to it!<\/p>\n

A real highlight. Not only because of the fascinating content, but also because the various venues across the city offered the chance to get to know Kiel from a fresh perspective. The in-depth discussions with the speakers and participants were particularly valuable.<\/p>\n

In addition to all these events, two exciting new projects have also emerged:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Process optimisation and implementation of a new ERP system<\/p>\n

\u2022 Advising and supporting senior management on all HR-related matters<\/p>\n

\u2705Research Institute in Hamburg<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strategic project support and process optimisation<\/p>\n

\u2022 Supporting senior managers through transformation and change processes<\/p>\n

\u2022 Working at the cutting edge \u2013 right in the heart of Hamburg<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why, unfortunately, I wasn\u2019t able to make it to DisruptHR Hamburg<\/a> \u2013 but I\u2019ll definitely be there again in the autumn.<\/p>\n

Now I\u2019m looking forward to the exciting challenges in my projects, more encounters with inspiring people, and the odd dip in the Baltic Sea now and then. \ud83c\udf0a<\/p>\n
